Booking and Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation:
* 0 -15 days prior to check in: – No refund.
* 15 days prior to check in: – 95% refund.
* Postponement / refund are possible only up to 15 days before check in dates. There will be no refund for no show / stay cut short.
* We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures(like harthal / bandh / strike) or any untoward incidents. In that case no refund or postponement is entertained.
* The Resort shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by the Resort.
* Refund takes 5-7 working days after submitting the bank account details.
Group Bookings:
* A group booking is applicable for a reservation of 15 or more persons.
* To confirm a group booking, an advance payment of 50% of the total booking amount is required.
* The remaining balance must be paid at the time of check-in or on the event date.
* Any extra services or charges incurred during the stay or event will be billed and payable at the time of check-out or at the end of the event.
* No refunds will be provided for confirmed group bookings under any circumstances.
